CANCELLATION POLICY

I deeply value both your time and mine. In order to provide intentional, unrushed care for every client, the following policies are in place: • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may be subject to a 30% charge. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes often prevent another client from being accommodated. Thank you for honoring this boundary — it allows me to show up fully for every person in my chair.
